The contractual terms between Iztech Kart Seats (“the supplier”) and those purchasing goods from them (“the purchaser”) are contained exclusively within these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
No variations of these Terms & Conditions of Sale are permitted unless previously agreed in writing by the supplier.
The Terms & Conditions of Sale are deemed to be accepted by ticking the appropriate box at point of sale on the website.
1.1 The supplier accepts no responsibility for the suitability of use for any goods purchased from them. In any dispute that may arise, the liability of the purchaser for breach of warranty or obligation, either expressed or implied, is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
1.2 Any recommendations or advice given by any agent or employee of the supplier are given in good faith but strictly without liability to the supplier.
1.3 The supplier will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly by the goods or by any act or omission in connection therewith.
2.1 Every effort will be made to ensure prompt delivery of goods although execution of orders is dependent upon the availability of goods and is subject to the services provided by third party carriers. The purchaser accepts that circumstances beyond the control of the supplier may hinder, delay or prevent such execution; therefore no liability will be accepted for delay in despatch or delivery of goods.
2.2 The supplier may make delivery by any method deemed necessary by them, at the cost of the purchaser.
2.3 In the case of non-delivery, the supplier must be notified in writing within three days of despatch of goods.
3. Returns or cancellations
3.1 In the case of goods arriving damaged, the supplier must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods and all original packaging should be retained for inspection by us or our appointed couriers, otherwise no liability can be accepted.
3.2 Goods properly delivered by the supplier (or its agent) will only be accepted for return or credit subject to our prior consent. No returns will be accepted, or credits issued, for any goods which have been fitted, or otherwise used, contrary to our fitting guidelines, unless the reason for return is one where we agree that a manufacturing defect has occurred.
3.3 A 15% handling charge will be applied to returns of incorrectly ordered goods. The cost of return shall be yours and upon receipt of the returned goods to our business address, the calculated refund less the handling charge will be issued in the same manner in which payment was originally received, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
3.4 If you are returning faulty goods, then we will meet that return charge, but ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
3.5 For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for any returns.
3.6 Cancellation of orders: you have the right, under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of receipt of goods, provided the goods are unused and in original condition.
4. Payment terms
4.1 All goods and delivery charges must be paid for in full prior to despatch.
4.2 Payment will be accepted by credit card, debit card, cash, cheque (with appropriate cheque guarantee card) or Paypal.
5. Retention of Title
All goods shall remain the property of the supplier until they are paid for in full.
6. Condition of purchase
It is a condition of purchase that the supplier will not accept liability for accidents or injuries from racing, driving or any other use of any of their products.
The supplier will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
9. Product Description
9.1 The supplier will make every effort to ensure that any products supplied match the descriptions and specifications as shown on our website (or any other literature) at the time of ordering. However, due to the limitations of photography, printing processes, browser software and other factors beyond our control, we can accept no liability for slight variations which may occur.
9.2 If you are dissatisfied with any goods you receive from us, you may return them in accordance with our returns and cancellation policy.
